How to measure your foot size
Using our Gepard tactical boot catalog is easy!
If you are not sure which boot size to choose, please refer to our recommendations.
General recommendations:
- It is best to measure your feet at the end of the day, when they have reached their maximum size.
- Before measuring, put on the socks you will use with your combat boots (the thickness of the socks, especially thick wool socks, will have a big impact on the size).
- It is better to measure both feet and focus on the largest result.
- When choosing a size, we recommend rounding it up to the nearest size, especially when choosing winter boots.
Instructions:
1.
Place your feet on a piece of paper, on a flat surface.
You should be standing or at least sitting with your feet on the floor.
Otherwise, you may get the wrong size, which is highly undesirable.
2.
Trace the foot with a pencil or put a dot in front and back, see Figure 1.
When measuring, hold the pencil strictly vertically and make sure that it always touches the foot throughout the process.

3.
To determine the length of the foot, measure the distance between the farthest points of the drawing along the length, as shown in Figure 2.
4.
Add an allowance (approximately 5 mm) to the resulting length so that the shoe does not become too tight, and compare the results with the cheetah size chart, see Figure 3.
