Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery - cash on delivery), using the services of the transport company Nova Poshta and Rozetka delivery. (we send the product to you - you pay for it when you receive it at the New Post office or Rozetka delivery. To receive the parcel, the recipient's passport is required). When ordering by post-payment, the client pays for the transport company's services for refunding the money.

Our online store issues receipts for your purchases via the checkbox service. After receiving your parcel at the Nova Poshta office, you will receive a receipt in an SMS message or on Viber. If you have not received a receipt, please contact us.
 

For your convenience, our online store sends orders by the following transport campaigns.


Nova post. To the branch, by courier or to the post office. The delivery time is 1-3 days (recipient's passport or driver's license is required to receive the parcel)


UKRPOSHTA. The delivery time is 1-5 days (recipient's Passport is required to receive the package).


Rozetka delivery. Pickup from Rozetka stores.The delivery time is 1-5 days, you can collect and pay for your order at the Rozetka drop-off point.

If you are unsure which size to choose, we can send two sizes, you will choose at the post office, but with an advance payment of 200 UAH for each pair, cash on delivery will be less by 200 UAH in each parcel, the one you refuse the advance payment will go to pay for the services of Nova Poshta.
The store reserves the right to refuse to send the goods without prepayment, if the previous order has been canceled.

Prepayment is not mandatory, in case of refusal, when you made a mistake with the size or model, please pay for the services of the New Post (road) immediately at the branch.

If the size didn't suit you, but you figured it out already "at home", we suggest you use the "Easy Return" service of New Post.
In the new mail application, find the parcel number that we sent you, the menu of the "Easy return" service will appear in it. The parcel will be returned to us free of charge when you complete the order, a ttn number will be generated that we will see in the application, we will prepare the size you need, as soon as it arrives, the courier will receive your parcel and send it to you.
