2. The return of the product and re-delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer, except for cases that can be considered as an error of the online store. (The wrong size or model was sent) The store's error is not the case when the buyer indicated the shoe size in the COMMENTS to the order, and did not choose from the possible options
3. Returns are made only in the original packaging, with tags corresponding to the model and not in use. It is also not allowed to use adhesive tape (SCOTCH) on the original shoe boxes.
4. Refunds to the buyer are made by non-cash settlement. (to the card or to the account (IBAN))
5. The terms of return or exchange must be agreed with the manager in writing, at gepard.hunter.shoes@gmail.com or 067-488-75-75(Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber)
6. The store is not responsible for unapproved returns.
7. Orders not received within 7 days are returned to the sender. In this case, re-ordering or forwarding is carried out at the buyer's expense and upon prepayment.
8. If you refuse the shoes in the warehouse of the Transport Company, without agreement with the manager of our store, the store reserves the right to refuse to send the goods without prepayment.
